Lady Astros Deliver Perfect Season to Become MESA 10U Champions

The Lady Astros of Forney, a MESA 10U girls fast pitch softball team, recently completed a perfect season with their 11th consecutive win on Thursday, June 4th.

Finishing the season with 11 wins and no losses, The Lady Astros scored 127 runs this season while allowing only 13 runs against them.

Teamwork was the key to success as the girls maintained a strict practice routine, working hard to always be prepared for who and what they faced. This was The Lady Astros 2nd Championship in three seasons and their hard work and determination paid off with a perfect season.

The outstanding players of The Lady Astros are: Christin, Bailey P., Sidney, Alexis, Camryn, Jaycee, Brooke, Alexa, Bailey C., Hannah and Valery.
