Kim Williams Confesses to McLelland Hasse Murders

Kaufman County authorities have released the Affidavit for Warrant of Arrest for Kim Lene Williams, the suspected murderer of Kaufman County District Attorney, Mike McLelland, Cynthia McLelland and Asst. DA Mark Hasse.

According to the Affidavit, Kim Lene Williams, who is 5’3” tall, 130 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes, joined her husband, former Kaufman County Justice of the Peace, Eric L. Williams in gunning down Mark Hasse on January 31, 2013, and then again on March 30, 2013 when Mike and Cynthia McLelland were killed within their Forney home.

Reportedly Kim Williams confessed to her involvement in these brutal killings and in part the Affidavit states, “During the interview Kim Williams confessed to her involvement to the scheme and course of conduct in the shooting deaths of Mark Hasse, Michael McLelland and Cynthia McLelland. Kim Williams described in detail her role along with that of her husband, Eric Williams whom she reported to have shot to death Mark Hasse on January 31, 2013 and Michael and Cynthia McLelland on March 30, 2013. During the interview, the defendant gave details of both offenses which had not been made public.”
