Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Schedules Pruning Clinic at Ham Orchard

Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service will be having a pruning clinic at Ham Orchards, 11939 County Road 309 (3 miles east of Terrell, Texas on Hwy. 80) on Tuesday, March 19, 2013.
Registration will start at 12:00 p.m. and the event will last until approximately 5:00 p.m. The cost will be $15.00 and there will be 2 CEU’s for private pesticide applicators.
This year Dale Ham with Ham Orchards and Monte Nesbitt, Extension Horticulture Program Specialist will teach you everything you need to know about growing fruit trees and blackberries. Variety selection, diseases and insect management are but a few of the topics that will be covered. Pruning of trees will also be demonstrated.
