Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office Public Information Officer and Media Contract, Pat Laney, recently retired from her long held position and she will be greatly missed by her co-workers and media contacts.
Always efficient in providing timely press releases to area media outlets in an effort to keep the community informed on the activities and arrests of the Kaufman Sheriff’s Department, Laney will be replaced by new Public Information Officer, Lt. Justin Lewis.
