Forney ISD Solicits Bids for Professional Sports Photography Services

No. 300-012 Photography Services – Athletic Teams and Events

The Forney Independent School District is soliciting Requests for Proposals from vendors to provide exclusive photography services for ALL FISD athletic teams and events for the upcoming 2013 school year (August 15, 2012 – June 30, 2013 or date of award).

Responses to this Request for Proposal shall include all the information requested hereafter and will be received by the specified date and time at the Forney ISD Administration Building Attn: Purchasing Department 600 South Bois D’Arc Street Forney, Texas 75126.

Local photographers are invited to submit a proposal to provide exclusive Photography Services for all Forney Independent School District Athletic Teams and Events from July 1, 2012 (or date of award) through June 30, 2013, with the District’s option to renew annually through June 30, 2017.

Sealed bids will be received by the Forney Independent School District in the Administration building by the Purchasing Department, 600 South Bois D’Arc Street Forney, Texas 75126, in accordance with the specifications available.

Bids will be received until and opened at 2:00 PM., August 14, 2012 in the Administration Building, on a one-year contract (with the District to renew annually through June 30, 2017) for Exclusive Photography Service – Athletic Teams and Events.

Proposals will be publicly opened at the Administration Building immediately following the deadline for receiving the proposals. The District expects to name the selected vendor no later than September 10, 2012.

Proposals received later than the specified time, whether delivered in person or mailed, will be disqualified and returned unopened. Xerographic copies, faxed proposals, and phone proposals will not be accepted.

The District may consider unacceptable any proposal not prepared and submitted in accordance with the set provisions and the District reserves the right to reject any/or all proposals, to waive any formalities or irregularities, and to accept a proposal deemed most advantageous to the Forney Independent School District.
